Grilled Veal Chop with wilted Garlic Spinach

Veal chop
14-16 oz veal chop
salt and pepper
wilted Spinach
1 bag cello spinach(3 oz)
2 clove garlic
olive oil
salt pepper
½ lemon

Veal chop
Season with salt and pepper, pre heat grill -grilled on chargrill for about 4 minute each side.

Wilted spinach
Heat sautéed pan with olive oil, add sliced garlic sautéed till translucent and add clean spinach, sautéed for 10-15 second, add salt and pepper for taste.

- Serve immediately

- Serve with ½ lemon
